| Tanya
is a certified Integrated Hatha Yoga Teacher.
She began a regular Yoga practice in 1996 as a
method of healing a back injury. From that first
experience on the mat, her love of Yoga was born.
She received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher certification
from The Living Yoga Program in Austin, Texas
in 2004.
Tanya has since studied with
internationally recognized Yoga Masters, Donna
Farhi, Erich Schiffmann and John Friend. Her classes
are alignment based and therapeutic, while still
encouraging exploration, creativity and playfulness
in your practice. After one session, you can expect
to feel joyful, energized, deeply relaxed and
restored.
With regular, consistent practice
you will become stronger, more flexible and transformed
on many levels. Tanya’s class is suitable
for all levels from complete beginners to those
with more experience. Tanya is an Experienced
Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and
has taught Yoga classes and workshops internationally.
Tanya also holds a Prenatal Yoga
Teacher certification and has extensive experience
working with pregnant women and new mothers.
