| Jennifer
began her yoga practice while in college, which
initiated a path of study that has also included
many forms of healing, and cultural exploration.
Her great passion is to delve into the mystery
of human consciousness and the great potential
locked in each and every being. She is grateful
to have studied with a diverse group of teachers
in Kansas, Los Angeles, Hawaii, San Francisco,
Mount Shasta, Florida, India, and South America.
Having studied a wide range of
yogic expressions, Jennifer is happy to offer
instruction based on the primary series of Ashtanga
Yoga. This challenging practice facilitates the
union of body, breath and mind with every motion,
purifying and strengthening all layers of the
human energy field. The result is a strong, healthy
body, and deeply peaceful, focused mind.
Jennifer also offers bodywork
to balance and tone the subtle energy bodies.
She is certified in acupressure through the Berkeley
Acupressure Institute, Reiki I and II, and has
studied intuitive healing and psychic development
with shamans in Peru, and her beloved teacher,
Amorah Quan Yin in California.
