The focus of this class is to introduce
loved ones to the Joy of Yoga. Is there
someone in your life that you want to share
Yoga with? This is the perfect class to
bring them to, as there are a lot of beginners,
so no one will feel left out or self-conscious.
We will practice the Classic Joyful Yoga
Flow, with modifications and also do a few
partner poses to help reinforce the connection
with our partner or friend. Focus on alignment
and breath.
