Joyful Kids Yoga is centered on the belief that yoga is just as important for kids as it is adults, helping them reach their fullest potential!
A fun yoga experience for kids consisting of animal poses, storytelling and games
combined with breathing and relaxation techniques to help your child develop
motor skills, body awareness, social skills and stress management.
