Yoga for
Any Body. This Yoga class is perfomed by
sitting in the chair, using modifications
to achieve strength, balance and stability
in those who have health challenges, or
difficulty getting up and down from the
floor. Breathing techniques are also used,
along with meditation to help heal the body.
This is also a great class
to use anywhere you are sitting for long
periods of time (airplanes, car, etc.)
