Different Styles of Yoga

OUR MISSION

We have every possible Yoga style to accommodate even the "health challenged." From Gentle Yoga to Power Yoga, Yoga Basics to Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. We also offer private instruction for those that would like a specific series of poses designed for their particular needs and health challenges. "We have found that a new practitioner will benefit greatly from one or more private classes as it allows them to familiarize themselves with the poses before they enter into a group class. We also offer formal Meditation instruction. In addition, we have a wonderful Boutique to provide all the equipment, accoutrement, and super cute yoga apparel from Be Present and, coming soon, our own line of yoga wear designed by Tess with baby-boomers in mind. Our desire is to facilitate your individual practice and support your return to balance in your body and mind."
