CLASS LEVELS

All Levels Power Yoga - An intermediate vinyasa flow that will build heat, strength and flexibility. Class will include sun salutes, balancing poses, backbends, core-strengthening, hip opening, and inversions. Ring out your body and clear your head. Modifications provided.

Em Power Hour - A more quickly paced version of All Levels Power Yoga, formatted to fill an hour to fit in during lunch break or for those who want their yoga quick but challenging and meditative. Change your body and your life.

Gentle Joyful Yoga - This is a special class for those who are working with health challenges. It allows you to focus the mind on your intention and to awaken that intention within the body.With practice, you will transform dis-ease into ease and stability, resulting in greater health and well-being. Gentle yoga is for every body.

Quantum Asana - Suitable for all levels. Information on the quantum mechanical body/mind and HOW the practice improves health and well-being. Includes pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation.

Joyful Yoga Basics - This is a class full of descriptions of poses. It moves more slowly than the Joyful Yoga Flow, offering the same full-body approach and sequence. This is great for those that need to become more familiar with the basics of Yoga.

Chair Yoga Series - A class designed to help regain strength and stability. Perfect for those with health challenges or limited movement as the entire class is led from a chair. Also great for those who would like to learn yoga sequences to do on airplanes, long car rides, or at their desks! $75 for six week series, use your class package, or $18 per class.

Joyful Yoga Flow - An integrated approach to yoga, aligning the movement of the body with the flow of the breath using the wisdom of Ayurveda to create a balanced sequence of postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Modifications are given and this is appropriate for all levels.

Joyful Yoga Level 2 Flow - Build heat and strength with this class. Focus is on physical power, emphasizing detoxification and core strength. Some modifications given.

Yoga & Meditation - All level integrated practice incorporates Ayurvedic principles to balance your body and mind, breathing techniques, meditation and crystal bowl sound therapy! This 90-minute class will create a bubble of bliss around you, taking you above and beyond the fluctuations of the mind and into the truth of who you are: happy, healthy, grateful.

Restorative Yoga - Give yourself the treat of surrender. This gentle class is suitable for all levels and will give participants a chance to go deeper into the poses, as well as enjoy a longer centering at the beginning of class and an extended relaxation time. Experience healing from the inside out.

Candlelight Slow Flow Restorative - Incorporate movement inquiry with therapeutic posture flow. With focus on sensation awareness, you will be able to move inward, discovering your uniqueness of being. This, in a sense, is meditation in motion. The addition of candlelight and soothing music will enhance this truly magical, self-nurturing experience. All levels.

Yin Yoga/Meditation - Passive poses are held 3 to 6 minutes to release connective tissue holding patterns in the body. Main focus is on hips and lower back. Guided focus on breath helps to balance out the meridian system and release blockages in the emotional body. Meditation and pranayama balance the mind and beath, creating a connection to the body from deep within.
