This is a class with full descriptions of poses,
it moves more slowly than the JY Flow, offering
the same full-body approach and sequence. This
is great for those that need to become more familiar
with the basics of Yoga.
Joyful
Yoga Flow
This class is suitable for all levels of practice,
beginners are welcome. We offer modifications
for various poses to allow you to determine what
feels best for your body. Class starts with
a warm up sequence, flows into sun-salutations
and standing poses, finishing with backbends and
twists. This flow reconnects you from head to
toe creating a sense of balance and well-being.
Joyful
Yoga Moderate Flow
This class introduces the next level
of practice, with less modifications it is suitable
for those familiar with the basics, ready to go
a little deeper. Build heat, strength and
stamina with the full range of asanas.
Joyful
Detox Flow
Work up a healthy sweat, while moving with the
breath. This class offers the Joyful
Yoga Moderate Flow with no fans or A/C. Focus
on twists and poses to heat and detoxify the body.
The room usually warms to 83degrees.

Focus
Back by popular demand! This is a great
class to learn more about the many aspects of
Yoga with a different FOCUS each class. Class
themes are based on Ayurveda, the Chakra system,
Yin Yoga and therapeutic applications of various
poses, including alignment and breath. Learn
more about what makes Yoga feel so good! Handouts
included. New focus each class!
Zen
Yoga
Combines the best of the Joyful Yoga Moderate
Flow with aspects of Qigong, Martial Arts and
Tai' Chi.
Partner
Yoga
Classic Joyful Yoga Flow with the last
15 minutes practicing partner yoga. Couples
and Individuals are welcome to attend, suitable
for all levels. Modifications are given
to those who prefer to practice the last few poses
solo.
Mayan
Yoga
Classic Yoga asana combined with Kundalini
breathwork and concepts based on the Mayan Calendar,
which follows rhthyms of nature.
Mom
& Baby
Bring your child, up to 24months to share
in the Joy of Yoga! This is a great class for
mom to catch her breath and bond with her child!
Fun activities and poses are given to practice
with your child.
Kids
Yoga
Available from 3-12yrs. A great class to help
kids focus and learn valuable tools for managing
stress and energy levels.
